The original source of the series is “Three B’s sweatshirts”. But most of the people doesn’t know this fact unfortunately.

What is Three B’s sweatshirts?

“Three B” means the initials of three influential composers, Beethoven, Brahms and Bach.

Why Beethoven, Brahms and Bach were elected?

In 1961 America, three B’s sweatshirts were released as advertising campaign for radio program playing classic music. Therefore, famous classical composers was adopted.

This campaign was Howard Luck Gossage’s work who was the founder of Weiner & Gossage advertising agency. He was leading advertising world.

After first campaign, Wolfgang Mozart was added to this series.
