Support — DTG/POD Preflight — Printful Overlay
Quick Start
- Open Printful and go to the product design/upload page.
- Upload (or drop) your PNG.
- The overlay will appear on the Printful page.
- Click Get from Printful to read placement size / DPI context (when available).
- Click Analyze to see detections and risk highlights.
Pro Activation (Gumroad license key)
- After purchase, you will receive a Gumroad license key.
- Paste the license key into the Pro section in the overlay and click Activate.
If activation fails:
- Make sure you pasted the full key (no extra spaces)
- Confirm you purchased the correct product/version
- Try reloading the Printful page and activating again
Troubleshooting
Overlay does not appear
- Confirm you are on a Printful URL supported by the extension.
- Reload the page.
- Check chrome://extensions → make sure the extension is enabled.
- If you use multiple Printful tabs, try closing extra tabs and retry.
“Placement size not loaded”
- Click Get from Printful again while the Printful placement/DPI info is visible.
- If Printful UI changed, please contact support with a screenshot.
“Cannot compute DPI”
- Placement size or image size might be missing/invalid.
- Re-run Get from Printful, then re-run Analyze.
Refunds
Refunds follow Gumroad’s policies and your purchase conditions. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with:
- your Gumroad receipt email
- purchase date/time
- the issue you encountered
